Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely!
We ensure that all product images on our website are high-quality and accurately represent the item you’ll receive. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you’ll get — same design, color, and features. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but the product itself will be exactly as described.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt in two ways:

  1. Order Confirmation Email:
    Right after you place an order, we send a confirmation email to your registered email address. This email includes your full sales receipt with all order details.

  2. My Account > Order History:

    • Log in to your account on our website.

    • Go to "My Orders" or "Order History".

    • Click on the order you want to view — your receipt/invoice will be available to view or download as a PDF.

How can I return an item?
  • Check Eligibility:
    Make sure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within our return period (usually 7–14 days from the delivery date — please check our return policy for exact timing).

  • Submit a Return Request:

    • Log in to your account.

    • Go to "My Orders" or "Order History."

    • Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return."

    • If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team with your order number.

  • Pack & Ship the Item:
    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions (and a shipping label if applicable). Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated courier.

  • Refund or Exchange:
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few business days.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

It depends on the product. Many of our popular items do get restocked, especially best-selling watches, wallets, and accessories. However, some limited-edition or seasonal items may not return once sold out.
